Ms. Spease's Class

Hello All!

 

I am so excited for another phenomenal year at Cherrelyn Elementary! I am an alumni of Colorado State University where I earned my B.A. in Spanish and my B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. From there, I discovered my true passion was education, so I continued on to complete my M.A.T. from the University of Northern Colorado.

In my free time I love to be outside! I enjoy hiking, camping, running, and traveling (Preferably to places where I can practice my Spanish!) I also love to practice yoga, read, cook, craft, and spend time with my family and 2 dogs.

My classroom is welcoming, and warm. Students feel safe, yet know that I have high expectations. When walking into my room, you will see engaged students collaborating, discussing, and problem-solving. My goal as a teacher is to cultivate skills to prepare my students to become active members of their society! I can't wait to embark on this journey together, and I am looking forward to the year ahead!
